Florida — Income Shares Model
Florida uses the Income Shares model under §61.30. Both parents' net incomes are combined to find the basic obligation. Each parent's share is proportional. Florida provides significant adjustments for substantial timesharing (over 73 overnights), reducing the obligation by up to 50%.
