Indiana uses the Income Shares model under Rule 31. Both parents' weekly gross incomes are combined. The Indiana Child Support Schedule determines the basic obligation. Each parent pays their proportional share. Parenting time credit applies when the non-custodial parent has 52+ overnights annually.
