Kansas uses the Income Shares model under Kansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 128. Both parents' gross incomes (with adjustments) are combined. The Child Support Schedule sets the basic obligation. A parenting time adjustment of 10% applies when the non-custodial parent has 35%+ time.
