MissouriIncome Shares Model

Missouri uses the Income Shares model under Supreme Court Rule 88.01. Both parents' gross monthly incomes are adjusted and combined. The Schedule of Basic Child Support Obligations determines the total amount. A Line 11 adjustment provides credit for overnight custody time exceeding 36% (132 overnights).
