OhioIncome Shares Model

Ohio uses the Income Shares model under ORC §3119. Both parents' gross annual incomes are combined and matched to a Basic Child Support Schedule. The obligation is shared proportionally. A 10% adjustment applies for extended parenting time (90+ overnights). Cash medical support is added separately.
