OregonIncome Shares Model

Oregon uses the Income Shares model with OAR 137-050 guidelines. Both parents' gross cash incomes are combined. The basic obligation from the guidelines is split proportionally. A parenting time credit applies when the non-custodial parent has 25%+ of overnights (92+ overnights per year).
