Utah — Income Shares Model
Utah uses the Income Shares model under UCA §78B-12. Both parents' adjusted gross monthly incomes are combined. Utah's guidelines table provides the basic obligation. Each parent pays proportionally. A credit applies for 110+ overnights per year of parenting time.
