WashingtonIncome Shares Model

Washington uses the Income Shares model under RCW 26.19. Both parents' combined net monthly incomes determine the basic obligation from the Economic Table. Each parent pays their proportional share. A residential schedule credit applies based on the percentage of time the child spends with each parent.
